Our Doctors

Dr. Beth Ann Damas

Dr. Beth Ann Damas was born and raised in Lemont, Illinois. In 2005, she graduated as one of only five students with a dual DDS and MS degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Damas entered the private practice of general dentistry in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, Dr. Damas entered the endodontic residency program at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan. She completed her residency training in 2010.

Dr. Damas is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. Her expertise includes regenerative endodontics in adolescents and she has presented this research to various study clubs nationally. Dr. Damas completed her American Board of Endodontics Diplomate certification in 2015 which is the highest academic achievement in the profession.

Dr. Damas resides in the southwest suburbs with her husband, two young children and dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and creating art projects.

Besides, Dr. Damas works in both locations in Geneva and Orland Park.

Dr. Sara Iampaglia

After working a few years in private practice in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Dr. Iampaglia relocated to Chicago where she was accepted into the Post-Graduate Program at the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry. She earned a master’s degree (MS) in Oral Sciences while immersing herself in research projects, including extensive research in biomodification of root dentin using bioactive agents.

Her passion for endodontics led her to pursue and complete her Postdoctoral Endodontic Certification and upon completion of the program, Dr. Iampaglia received her specialty license to practice endodontics.

Dr. Iampaglia resides in Naperville with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Ruby. She is fluent in three languages and can communicate with patients in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Outside of work, she loves to cook, bake and listen to music.

Dr. Negar Shahsavari

Dr. Negar Shahsavari is a Harvard-trained endodontist dedicated to patient-centered care and saving teeth. She earned her DDS from Shahid Beheshti School of Dentistry, a PhD in Biology from Northeastern University, and completed her Endodontics residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Shahsavari specializes in complex root canal therapy procedures, retreatments, and the management of endodontic complications, providing treatment with precision, compassion, and the latest evidence-based techniques.



She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and a practitioner and combines advanced training with a personalized approach to help patients achieve lasting oral health. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Shahsavari enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Dr. Maggie Miller

Dr. Maggie Miller was raised in Homer Glen, Illinois. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine–Illinois in 2022 and began her career in private practice as a general dentist in Chicago. Following a year in practice, she pursued advanced specialty training at Marquette University, where she completed her residency in endodontics and earned a Master of Science degree.

Dr. Miller is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. She is passionate about giving back through volunteer work, having provided dental care with Mission of Mercy, Remote Area Medical Clinics, and International Medical Relief. Outside the office, Dr. Miller enjoys reading, watching football, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.
